Thank you for shopping with Aniccha. Below you'll find all the details about how we handle shipping for your orders.


1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2-10 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your confirmation email.

You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

During high-volume periods (e.g., collection launches, holiday seasons), processing times may be slightly extended.


2. Shipping Rates and Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Estimated Delivery Times:

Germany & EU: 2–10 business days

Please note: delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs processing or carrier delays.


3. International Shipping

We ship internationally. Any customs duties, taxes, or import fees are the responsibility of the customer. We are not liable for delays caused by customs.


4. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.


5. Lost or Delayed Packages

While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, Aniccha is not responsible for packages that are lost or delayed by the carrier. If your order is significantly delayed, please contact us at contact@aniccha.com and we’ll do our best to assist.


6. Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
